Minimum Stays

We require a 5 night minimum stay.

Cancellation Policy

For a 50% refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made 14 full days prior to check in time. If you cancel less than 14 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded. We recommend purchasing trip insurance to cover any unexpected situations that may arise.

Payment

Full payment is required at time of booking. Payment includes your daily room rate, state and local taxes. We reserve the right to charge additional fees for any damage that may occur during your stay including a $250 smoking violation fee.

House Rules

You must be 21 years old to stay.
No more than two adults allowed.
Smoking allowed only outside please. If you smoke indoors you will be charged a $250 fee.
No pets.
No overnight guests.
No parties.
Do not move furniture.
Quiet hours from 10pm - 8am.
Please remove shoes upon entering to preserve our floors and carpeting.
Please conserve water, our water is from our well. Recently tested good quality and is safe to drink.
Please conserve energy and turn down heat when you leave.
We do not offer daily housekeeping. Please leave the unit reasonably clean when you leave otherwise we will have to collect additional cleaning fees from you. Garbage and Recycling can be thrown out in the container behind the cottage. We will separate the items at the transfer station.
